The Bonkers - The Tour team have worked hard to answer any of your questions and have also updated our FAQS with information surrounding our events and our covid-19 policy. I CANNOT ATTEND THE EVENT ANYMORE. CAN I GET A REFUND?
As per our terms & conditions, refunds will only be issued if we need to cancel an event which you have bought a ticket for.
However we don’t want you to miss out on all the fun, and would love to welcome you to another event instead where possible - so please get in touch with us on [email protected] and we will run you through the process to apply to switch your ticket to another event instead!

Bonkers bingo has become famous for being on tour and bringing something new with a little bit of sass to events all over the Northwest if you'd like to contact our team about having us at your own private event, or if you'd like to attend the event as a member of the press, then you are more than welcome to contact our press & tour manager below.
